ESSI provides various services for clients, which are used in conjunction with ESSI environmentally friendly products. ESSI services include equipment cleaning, product installation, product maintenance, product disposal, personnel training and spill containment.
Equipment Cleaning
ESSI offers an equipment cleaning service for clients. This service controls the amount of contaminant* accumulated on equipment and proactively inhibits potential leaks from occurring.
Once the initial equipment clean-up is completed, service crews are contracted out to clients to ensure that equipment remains contaminant* free and that the ground remains protected.
Product Installation
ESSI provides manpower to install ground protection applications around wellheads, tank farms, and numerous other projects.
ESSI has also developed water filtration systems to remove hydrocarbons from water. Water filtration systems are suitable for installation in contaminated ponds and in contaminated water systems.
Product Maintenance
ESSI provides regular maintenance checks on existing product integrity, product replacement and potential re-application pending status assessments.
In addition to these services, ESSI is available to re-stock product supplies on a requested basis, in readiness for emergency situations.
Product Disposal
ESSI provides clients with bins to temporarily store contaminated ESSI product. ESSI is readily available to pick-up the product upon notification.
Contaminated materials are processed to extract contaminants* from used products. The contaminant* is recycled and the product is cleaned and prepared for reuse.
PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons, ESSI can only dispose of ESSI contaminated products.
Personnel Training
ESSI provides training programs to ensure that client personnel are knowledgeable of ESSI products. ESSI trains personnel on how to utilize the product, how to temporarily dispose of the contaminated products (until the arrival of ESSI disposal service) and in case of emergency, how to re-apply specific applications.
The training programs are individually developed for clients and are tailored to address the specific applications and functions of ESSI products.
Spill Containment
When a spill occurs, principal ESSI personnel and products are deployed to the spill site to isolate the spill and prevent it from spreading to unaffected areas. Once on location, ESSI trained individuals assist in minimizing contaminant* saturation. ESSI uses mechanical methods to contain and store the spilled substance until it can be properly reused or recycled.
